Horn(y) or vats

Horn(y) or vats
For my 90's latest trick, when least expected the horn starts honking sporadically on major turns of either way.Doesn't do it everytime, seems to require at least four outside witnesses, and I can't make it do it if I want to.Should I start looking for frayed wires or is there a possibility my vats is messing with me?Does not lose power or try to die.Anyone else had this happen?

SHE'S POSESSED!!!
Just kiddin'
Codes?
Sounds like there might be a worn wire in your steerin column/or elsewhere...
Depending on where you live, I have had experiences with psychotic chipmuncks making nests in the engine compartment (not on the Vette).
Some animals, and or insects, DO like to chew on the insulation on the wires.
Hope not, taking the steering column aprat can be a b*tch
Good luck bro![sm=icon_cheers.gif]

RE: Horn(y) or vats
Had a simmilar problem with my '85. On sharp turns, horn would sound on its own and not stop. Took apart the wheel and reassembled the mechanism. If you tighten it down too much, the bolts could have enough pressure on the mechanism to set the horn off if the situation [and crowd] is right.
