Default How to be sure if clutch is going, going but not quite gone

Hello many people who know more than me. Is there a way to be sure my 95 need a new clutch before it quits moving. I don't what to put in a clutch if it's my imagination but I don't want to breakdown on the road somewhere and I'm just not sure. Clutch pedal engages at top of pedal - maybe a 1/2 inch of freeplay. Somewhat hard to get going from dead stop but I haven't driven a stick in a while so it may be just me. No real problem shifting at all. Can be hard to get into thirdevery once in a while and I have trouble getting fully into reverse sometimes but once again maybe me. Thanks in advance for any help. Sorry to ask such a seemingly simple questions but I just don't know.

That's why we're here Bro, to help each other out.
Sounds like adjustment. If hydrolic clutch, check fluid level.
It sounds like it's not disengaging right, and not slipping.
