A friend of mine had a Hypertech Power Programmer, he's letting me borrow it. I asked him if he ran the program on his 94, Vette. But he told me he bought the car like that. I'm just wondering if anyone has used it, and if you can notice any difference. I like the fact you can change the fans. I always felt the car runs to hot before the fans come on. He also showed me how to shut off the PKE...I didn't know it was as simple as holding down the door button. It worked !!! it was a pain everytime I walked near the car, that it would lock & unlock.

 

I believe if the programmer was used once on your friends car, it can't be used on yours. It will make changes to the computer thanstore the original factory program, so it can be reinstalled to factory specs again.You might go to the Hypertech website and read, they have the operating instructionsin pdf.
