Default I need help with cleaning the interior of my C4.

The panel around the gear shift and the cup holder door feels sticky and rubbery. Does anyone have an idea how to clean it and get rid of the sticky feeling? Thanks in advance!

I have the same issue.
This is a coating that is applied to the plastic parts when new to have them appear to be upscale.
It's like a rubbery paint in my opinion.
With age it breaks down.
My 92 sat for a long time I think, and when I was cleaning it I hated this sticky feel.
Short of replacing the parts, which are WAY overpriced, you can try what I did.
Armor All makes a "detail" product that is in a white windex shaped spray bottle.
Its for cleaning and protecting without any shine.
A few applications of that and things are much less sticky.
Looks factory fresh too.
Good luck!

I'll go find that! I didn't know anything like that was made.

Thank you so much.
