Help, 84 crossfire, cannot get it to idle down, sometimes will die at the light, runs good except at idle, computer no help, oxy sensor ok, someone suggested maybe issues in the distribitor. Any ideas thoughts to fix would be greatly appreciated.

 

Check for vacuum leaks, then check the throttle body that has the idle control motor. Motor might be stuck open, check by sticking your finger in the hole that has idle bypass air going through it and see if it idles down. Also moved your post to the C4 section.
