ok im new here and i need to figure this problem out fast its killing me. ive got a 90 tpi vette auto trans. i took my procharger off and have been working on getting it back to factory spec. i bout a new prom chip..factory injectors pulleys belt ect. it will not start turns over i have spark and fuel pressure to the rails. i checked the injector ohms there all around 16.4. i checked for power to the injector plugs with the ignition on but motor off and here is what happens. i grounded my bulb and and there is a posotive current on both prongs of the plug i am not sure but isnt only one **** suppose to have a current? this happens on both sides also if that helps do i have a bad grond or is my ecm bad? anything helps thanks

 

thanks for all the help. its really quite a simple problem and seems to be common with these vettes. it will turn over its got spark its getting fuel to the rails. if i spray ether in th throttle body it will run and then quit. if i let it sit for awhile it acts as it really wants to start. whats the problem
