I have a 1992 with a electic heater control the desplay show temp up or down but it never blows hot air engine and both heater hoses are hot. Is the control bad or some thing else. Thanks

 

I don't have the electronic heater controls, but in my experience if both hoses are hot then coolant is passing through the heater core. You really need to get the FSM and go through it but my first guess would be the air door isn't opening or closing as it should.
