Hello Andre,
I would like to add my thoughts on this potential purchase.
I am not sure what the climate is like where you live but if I am right and it is cold much of the time this Vet or any other Vet would spend almost all of it's time indoors.
If the purchase of this Vet would be for an investment then I would hire a Corvette professional to check it out for me before I paid out anything.
Next thing would be how much it would cost to have it shipped to you. Remember these cars are old and it doesn't take much for the fiberglass to get messed up.
Do you have any good mechanics by you that know how to work on Vets?

If it was me and I lived where you do I would spend the extra money and buy a new convertable Vet, climate/weather permitting.
Good Luck,
Schoon

That car looks "Great", jump on it! In 1970 Chevy made some of the fastest Corvettes ever, you could throw a 427/425hp in that car and make a profit.
I think it's a fair asking price, your getting the optional hard top, the interior looks great, it looks like the weatherstriping is new, the car looks like it was cared for in the past. It takes money to get an old Vette in such a nice condition, I think it's worth it. PG

Andre', I don't think that this car is worth $32k. The paint doesn't look that good but it could be the camera and lighting. Under the hood there appears to be no A I R equipment. The radio shields over the sparkplugs aren't there. And the oil filler is on the wrong side of the engine. What else is not there or in the wrong place? On the entire car, not just the engine compartment? The stock radio has been replaced by an aftermarket. A GOOD aftermarket, but not original. Are you in a hurry to buy one? My advice is to back off and take a good look at others. I guess that there aren't too many of these where you live, so it'd be great to have one there. Take your time, Grasshopper. Try a collector. If nothing else, make a list and fly over to check some out. That way you'd be able to see it and drive it. And remember, the asking price is the most they hope to get for it, not what they'll take for it.
