Padded Dash Pad

Padded Dash Pad
HELP! Am trying to figure out how to remove the breadbox (padded dash) on the passengers side. This is the thick, frugly pad with the air conditioner vent in it.
I bought a panel kit from Ecklers that will replace this pad. The kit is simple enough and consists only of a piece offormica board and a woodgrain panel.
All of the screws securing the pad are hidden in there somewhere. None of the 3 shop manuals consulted had any detail for removal of the pad.
Thanks and happy trails!

I can tell you from experience that is harder than it looks. There are a couple of screws on the bottom of the pad that are real bugger to get to. Took me a couple of hours and I do it for a living. [&:]
