Default Power steering

I replaced my stock sawblade rims with ZR1 rims recently. and I Have noticed that my power steering is jerky. I have to accelerate a bit to get the wheels to turn smoothly. Original wheel size for the front is 245/40/17. new size is 275/40/17. do ZR1 vettes have a bigger pump or different steering box?

Default RE: Power steering

If the steering is jerky, either your pump is not putting the pressure out at idle that it should or your steering rack is bypassing pressure internally. Changing rims shouldn't effect your p/s that way.
