Default PVC Valve

I have a stock '90 coupe. Recently noticed pvc valve and connecting hose gone.

Turns out it had just came loose and fallen down below valve covers. I replaced it back
in appropriate hole in valve cover. The question is, should I go ahead and get a new one?
They're only a couple of bucks and I'm not sure how old this one is. Not much experience in
this area.

Thanks.

Maybe just keep checkin' that it stays in place, and then if nothin' goes wrong, consider replacement only as part of routine maintenance...
