How do I get the antenna mast out of the power antenna on a C4 90 vet I cannot pull it out the two clips on each side of the antenna that hold it down into the power antenna there does not seem to be a way to release that does anyone have any ideas any help would be appreciated if this doesn't work where I can get it out I'm going to have to spend a big buck and replace the entire antenna

 

Can you post a picture of what you're referring to and I might be able to see if there's a way you can get it apart?

 

I was asked to include a photo of the antenna but I'm trying to replace the Mast on so here it is if anybody has an idea how to take this out without destroying the antenna please let me know

 

I figured out how to remove the antenna was actually simple enough all I need now is to be able to put the new one in there and hopefully it works

 

After further inspection I'm going to have to replace the entire antenna because the replacement mast is actually too small at the base to fit so it looks like replacing the entire antenna for me I'm very disappointed since I worked on this all this time but I guess that's what it is thank you for everyone trying to help
