Just thought I'd share this with anybody that might have Power Radio Antenna problems. I just bought a 1989 C4 Convertable that the antenna was stuck up on. I bought a new Delco Antenna and installed it. When I turned the radio on the first time the antenna went up but would not retract. When I was installing it I noticed a black box that the two wiring harnesses plugged into. Guessing the the antenna needed something to tell it when to stop going up and whent to stop going down, like a limit switch. I looked in Corvette Central's on line catalogue and found a antenna relay. Since it was only $12.95 I ondered one on a hunch, put it on and hooray my antenna works. So looks like I put in the antenna for $129 bucks and all I needed was the relay. Hopes this helps someone.

 

*wide eyes* Oh man! Our car does that, too!! Maybe I'll just get the relay replaced seeing as how it's so cheap; see if that does anything... thanks for posting!!!
