Default Starting problem after warming up

Hey guys, here's my problem, my 88 has no problem starting in the morning when it is cold, after i drive it for a short while, even just to go to the market, when i try and start it again, I have to hit the key at least 3 to 4 times in order for it to start. 95% of the time after she warms up and I drive some where, when I get back to it and try to start it I have to hit the key 3 to 4 times, hence the problem. The check engine light does come on and off occassionally so I ran a code check and it came up code 33 MAF mass air flow sensor, I'm no way a genius when it comes to cars, but could that have any relationship with my problem. Or if any ideas you have will be helpful towards my trouble shooting,,,THANKS

Mass Air Flow could have a lot to do with your problem. If it is leaning the car out to much, it will be hard to start. Try unplugging it when won't start, to see if that helps the start. Also, need to check fuel pressure, coolant temp degrees to see if problems lay there.
