Default Vacuum hose Replacement

Im just wondering what size rubber vacuum hose should I use to replace the fragile plastic ones that run under the plenum and to the EGR valve? Ive read in a post that they are prone to break and cause vacuum leaks so since Ill have the plenum and intake manifold off, I figure ill replace them with rubber ones. The local checkers has 5/32" and 7/32" sizes in stock. Thanks.

Default RE: Vacuum hose Replacement

Since you're replacin' hoses (a very GOOD thing to do) just cut small pieces off the end and take them to the store. Remember the piece that's been stretched over a vacuum nipple might be harder to match too.
