Default cold air kits

I see the dual snorkel custom made cold air kits on ebay currently for around $60 bux...chrome finished or anodized.....your choice... are they worth looking into or should i suck it up and get the volant which it closely resembles?

Neither,

I say save you pennies and get a Callaway Honker. The dual intakes are a slight improvement over stock, but cannot compare to a true CAI system. If you want to save money and can turn a wrench, you can always get a new or used Halltech Stinger or Blackwing, and then create your own CAI mod:

I just got a K&N and replaced it in the regular housing. Good enough for me.
