What is going on? I had a button pop down into my seat belt female device about 6 weeks ago. I took it to a local Chevy dealer, the mechanics, after about a half hour of picking and probing got it out (I checked my clothes, no missing buttons) they didn't charge me, but I flipped then a 20 for lunch. Now I have a penny down there, I picked and probed for an hour and cannot get it out. This time they will probaby have to take the seat out. I've been driving this car since August, two times now. I drove my C4 for 10 years and never had anything fall into the seat belt. Is the device lower on the C5? Sorry I'm venting.

 

I've had my C5 for over 5 years now and have never had anything go into the latch mechanism. That is really odd! Are these things coming out of your pocket? If so, put your change in your left pocket to avoid a repeat.
