Default Head Light Ajustment

I removed & replaced the gear in my left front headlight. I am having problems getting it ajusted properly. I get everything looking good, turn lights on and off a few times and then the headlight is to low (over closing). I also have a bigger gap on the windshield side of the light when it is closed, than before? Any Ideas?

i'd type out the instructions but it's to easy just to give you the page from the service manual. Enjoy
