Of course just being new I have a question, does anybody know how to change the Handle and two cables that operate the two hood latches? Adjusted the cables today after finaly getting the hood open but they must have stretched over the years each cable is adjusted to the end. Also were can I buy the cables and handle. Hate to go to a dealer probally cost a fortune from them. Hope somebody can help. also glad I found this fourm!!!

Eckler's, Corvette America, MidAmerica Corvette. Chances are if Ecklers has them, the dealer does and the dealer is usually cheaper than Ecklers.

Well, it's not the easiest task there is, but with a little patience, it's probably a 1 - 2 hour job.
