How does Bassani cat back sound????
Just wondering if anyone has heard how the Bassani cat back sounds? I'm looking to do exhaust on my 97 soon, and I'm having a tuff time deciding. Thanks for any feedback, anyone may have for me[sm=smiley20.gif]

Never heard it before...I can attest to the Borla exhaust, which is what I have....I hope to get a sound clip on here in the next couple days, so people can hear it...although I also have LG Longtube headers and no cats. I love the sound of the Borla...and from the "sound" of it, a lot of people on here do too.

I'm new here but I thought I would respond to your question. I have a '02 C5. I recently changed my stock exhaust with a Bassani system from the cat back. My Vette now sounds aggressive and intimidating. Just the right sound! All my friends like the way my exhaust sounds. At low speed it tends to be louder...at high speeds the sound goes down and I can listen to my stereo with comfort. Bassani will give you a deep throaty rumble that will put a smile on your face.

I have to cast my vote for the Borla Stinger pipes. I have dual 7.5" pipes and they just flat out growl. I love 'em! It is so much fun watching heads turn when I go by - even at low speeds.
