I purchased my Vette when I was 23 (I'm 25 now), and I must admit it was an amazing feeling. Actually it was the best I ever felt driving a car and surprisingly enough after 2 years of ownership I still feel extremely good driving her.

i'm 16 for another couple of weeks and i almost feel guilty around my friends at school because they're all working to buy any car they can get their hands on. so as much as i want to brag about it to the crappy ricerson campus, i don't want to be an a$$, plus i don't want someone to key it so i park as far away as possible.

I know what everyone means. I gave my mom my 95 Torch Red, it has milled heads, large valves, roller rockers,CC-305 cam and a 2800 stall. You should see the looks she gets everytime she takes it for a"SPIN" as she puts it! Nothing like pulling up to a light and having some kid pull up in a LS'd Z-28 or WS-6 thinking they are going to take some old lady in a lil' red vette only to see the tail lights!! She pisses me off every time we get next to each other because my 94 is still stock!! She just doesn't know what's coming her way!!
As for "charged" you can always replace your girl for another with a car like that!! J/K You have a sweet car. Only thing that would make it better is to let her drive it and let her get all the stares again.
Nothing like a hot woman driving a Vette!!

I'm just curious how 19-22 year olds are able to afford a vette. I'm a 27 yr old drug rep and am pinching pennies to get one. no kids either.
