I get a no comm. HVAC 99 and of course no a/c. Really hot in Texas and I need some cool air. I have tried all the simply stuff and I need more info to find the trouble. So if anyone has had this trouble or has any suggestions I would be greatful[sm=thanx.gif]

Mech259 is probably the expert on this. I don't know -- probably need more info to diagnose.

Guys,
I f the zener diode located by the compressor is burnt, will it stop the a/c from working, I have a light on the on/off button but it looks like the clutch(compressor)do not engage.
