I had the dealership check my battery after the first time I got the charging system failure warning and they said it was fine. I have since see that same warning 2 more times. Do you think it is just a qlitch in the car's computer? The battery does seem fine and the gage shows it charging at 13.7 or greater. Any ideas?

This happens frequently on C5s if they are left a week or so before being started. If this is happening routinely (rather than just sporatically, when you leave the car only overnight, then you have a weakening battery that will fail in the next few months.

 

No, I start my vette almost every day and take it for at least a 18 mile trip - (that's a short trip usually due to lack of time in my schedule.) Maybe I miss a day once in a while, but that's all so I don't know what to think. Guess, I'll just have to watch it.
