I located an original owners manual for my 92 by ordering it from the company who made the original one for the car. Here is the information and hope it helps! 1-800-782-4356. Cost was $30 vs $129 from MidAmerica.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I did what pay2play suggested and purchased one on Ebay. I gave $15.00 plus $7 shipping. I think I did good... comes with the leather case and everything.
