Pulley help
Hello,
Not exactly working on a Corvette, but am sure that some GM guys could help me out.
I have a 65 Impala SS. I am putting a 2002 LS1 into it. Engine came from a Firebird. It appears that the only setup that would work for my pulley system will be the C5 LS1 setup.
I have the alternator bracket from a LS1/LS6 C5 on the way from fleabay. hxxp://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/New-GM-OEM-LS1-LS6-C5-Corvette-Alternator-PS-Bracket-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem35a89e9dd2QQitemZ23046 2234066QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccesso ries
change xx's to tt in HTTP.
Will I need a new alternator and power steering pump?
I am pretty sure that I will be able to use a kwik industries compressor pump when I am ready to add the AC. I think with that I would need a Sandis pump though.
Any suggestions would be appreciated for the setup of the C5. Thanks.
