I have no clue about this, prolly an easy answer...

I bought a '99 C5, 13K miles, everything still stock (including original run-flat tires). I want to upgrade to '04 Chrome Rims, but want to use normal tires (not run-flat). Can I just mount normal tires on stock C5 rims & not run-flats? Will a sensor trip about air pressure, etc...

Yes you can, I don't have run flats on mine and the sensors work.
