I am in the process of making a radiator screen out of 3003 Aluminum Expanded Metal. It bolts into the opening below the front of your vette and keeps most trash out of the radiator. My car was overheating and when I took the top shroud off, I found a Wal-Mart bag, a route 66 Styrofoam cup, and enough grass and leaves to make a large bird nest!!

I have found these on Ebay for 49.95 plus 15.00 shipping. I am selling the ones I am making for $35.00 shipped. Install is 10 minutes with a socket and rachet. Very easy and will definately help keep your car running cooler, and becuase it is galvanized aluminum, it will last for years.
