Titanium Exhaust - Z06 ?
I saw this on ebay and wonder if it really flows and sounds better than the stock C-5 system?
Does the computer need to be re-calibrated after installation of one of these systems?
Ebay item # 8065907307

Those pieces would have to be welded together - not something many welders can handle. The sad thing is that if the person removing this system had just spent a bit more time on it, they could've sold it for $500. Now it's worth next to nothing because of the potentially- high cost of welding it together.
Does it flow better? Slightly, but not enough to provide a seat-of-the-pants difference.
Is it louder? Again, slightly but not by much. If your goal is to lighten your exhaust and not have to replace it for the next 100 years, then a titanium system is the way to go. Otherwise, you might want to consider a much-better sounding cat-back system.

I removed mine correctly and sold it for about $300 a couple of years ago. It was a good exhaust, better than the stock normal C5 but not nearly as open as the best aftermarket -- but it really is light weight.
