i just replaced the bulb front right signal light on a 2001 c5 and the light comes on but when i go to turn the signal on it doesn't blink on ideas?

 

If you SLAP the dash above the hazard switch or turn Hazards on/off and the turn signal starts working right again, it would be the Hazard switch

If you test for voltage at the socket and their is none there Turn Signal Multifunction switch would be next.
