Just received new wheels for my 2000 Coupe. 17X9.5 54 mm offset and 18X10.5 56 mm offset. These wheels are 1' wider than the stock C5 coupe rims.Do I need to buy spacers, or will I be golden with these? They recommend using the same tire size as the stock coupe tires. This doesn't make much sense to me yet, as the rims are 1'wider

What is the offset on the stock OEM wheels? And is it positive or negative offset? Also are the new wheels positive or negative?

 

I just purchased wheels from OE wheels for mine. Same size and fit perfect. In fact, every company I looked at for only showed 1in wider for both wheels. Good luck and hope they work out for ya.

I see you sad that you bought some size OEM. Maybe stupid question but I need to know if those Rims that are C6 will they fit my C5 with no problems. I will be going from a 17x9.5 on front to a 18" OEM C6 rim on front. And also from 18x10.5 rear to OEM 19" C6. Will i have any problems. Tire shop said that they would work with no problem. Just wanted more info is he right? Thanks, New user.
