Will this bump HP from 350 to ~400?

Hello,

A carI am looking at has:
[ol][*]cold air intake system[*]long tube headers[*]Corsa Indy exhaust system[*]Original Cat converter[/ol]
Would this bump up the HP from 350 to ~400?

No. About 375-385 You would have to add a cam, or high-ratio rocker arms, and very good tunning, to get that full increase to 400.
