Default Would like your advice

HI everybody.I bought a 2004 commemorative edition last nov. When I bought the car I did not look at the tires very well. The car had 32k on it.Even with the active handeling on when the car shifted to 2nd gear it would turn sideways. So I bought some sticky tires for it and it grabs the road much better.I still have not even did a burn out yet.I had the vortex ram air system installed.I installed the throttle body bypass kit on myself. The car is a auto with 3.15 gears. When do you recomend the plugs to be changed and at what gap.I bought factory Iridiums from the dealer.Would a after market X-pipe and mufflers make a noticable diffrence. The dealership said if I install headers it would void my extended warrenty. If there is any thing you guys can think of with out killing my warrenty I would greatly be thankfull.I had a low 11 sec f-body that became to painfull to drive.I have a spinal injury from the ARMY.Secound is there a big diffrence from the factory ls1 in my camaro vs my 2004 ls1 vett. Thanks for any help.

I think your plugs are just fine. many C5 owners have changed their plugs at 50,000 miles, only to discover that the originals still looked great. An aftermarket CAT-back will make a significant difference in sound. The cat-backs with the best sound also produce a bit a resonance - not enough to bother most people unless you regularly take long trips. I love the Borla Stinger sound - low rumble at idle and semi-exotic WOT sound. An X-pipe will tone down the popping, but I kinda like that sound when I downshift.
The LS1 is the C5 breathes better than the same engine in a Camaro - hence the slightly increased HP.
Warranty: According to warranty companies, almost anything that is not stock "kills" the warranty. How could headers cause a water pump to fail? I can understand how a starter may fail due to higher temps because of headers, but not a water pump! Still, you should determine how risky a mod is before installing it. Many C5 guys get intake, exhaust, and shifter, but others go hog wild with supercharger, etc.
