Default A couple of questions

As a new '02 ZO6 owner I'm wondering a couple of things. Firstly, why weren't the ZO6's offered in a convertable or Targa top version? Is it a matter of chassis strength?

Secondly, when the trunk release is pressed, I kinda expected the trunk to raise up much like my wife's C4's hatchback glass does. It just sits there and I have to lift it by hand. Is this by design or does mine have lazy gas shocks?

Good question. I'd like to have the Ts.

Mine does the same thing. It only pops up about a 1/4 inch. I have to wedge my fingers under it to get it open. I have found that if I pop it when I'm getting out and then shut the car door that the pressure inside (when the door closes) will lift the trunk lid about two inches.
