Default C6 Battery Drain

As of now I am not seeing a problem with battery drain but have read about Onstar being a possible problem and that GM no longer supports Onstar. Are there any other issues created if the Onstar fuse is removed as seen on various sites?
Thanks again.

I don't know about the C6 but on the C8, there are enough parasitic drains that if you leave it for 2 or 3 weeks without a battery maintainer connected, you'll have to charge the battery to lock it. Don't ask me how I know. 😉 I don't know how much OnStar contributes to this drain.

Thank you for reply. I have read a lot about C6 with drain from OnStar. No problem as of yet, just being proactive. I would not think removing the fuse would effect anything else, so will doing soon.
