GM Friends & Family Discout
Greetings,
this is my first post, i have a couple of questions and i thought this might be a good place to start searching for answers.
first, in my local dealers showroom there is a bright shiny blue new 2009 Corvette with $58,710 listed on the sticker. he offered to let me have it for $52,710, basically $6,000 off the sticker. is this a fair deal?
second, the lady i work with says her husband works for GM, and they can get me a Friends & Family Discount. would this discount come off the $52,710 price the dealer gave me? and can anybody tell me how much this discount normally amounts to?
thanks for any help!
Mike

unfortunately the friends and family plan is a set price. You maybe be able to get the dealer to knock something off of the friends and family price but its unlikely. if there are rebates for your region you would get those in addition to the friends and family price.
example:
MSRP: 60,000
F&F Price: 55,000
Rebate: 1,000
Your price: 54,000
its more of a different price than it is "money off" type deal
