I was wondering whatI should expect to pay for doing the following mods to my '08 A6 Z51corvette.

Dewitt Radiator for automatic.
Comp Camshaft with all the goodies (double springs, retainers, push rods...)
Kooks header and x-pipe
Varramer CAI
Road Tune/Dyno Tune

All of these fully installed out the door.
