I have been advised by a good friend that has had several Vettes that the Diablo power programer is the way to go for gaining 15-20 rear wheel HP.

Would thoes on here agree with this? If not, why and who would be a better manufacture to go with.

Outside of the power programer and an ehaust upgrade, what other mods could I do to the 07 Vette to get close to, if not above the HP/TQ ratings of a stockZ06 with out voiding the warranty on the car.

Well, I've never seen a tune -- and by that I mean an optimum tune to the very best done by a pro using LS1edit while the car was on a dyno --add more than about 10 HP, add 15-20 HP, so I doubt a do-it-yourself tuner, applied without feedback from adyno, can even do as well.
