I have a 06 C6 Z51 and after getting my new tires (BFG KDWs) Im noticing a little looseness in the steering when it gets up to around 80-90mph... Is this normal and I just didnt notice it before because of the crappy run flats? The car was also lowered so the backend isnt higher than the front, wondering if this would make any difference...

Did you go from worn out tires to new ones? If so, the tread depth of new tires makes them feel squishy and wandering, when coming from tires with less tread depth.

 

Yea I have new BFGs... I did notice on the run flats that they seem to wander a little bit left and right, especially when they were under 30psi... attributed that to the stiff side walls...

BFGs ride ALOT smoother, but right around 80mph, Im noticing a little play in the steering wheel.. maybe that will lessen as the tread wears down???

Anyone else have BFGs on their ride noticing similar problem?
