Default switch connected to heated seats/wiper relay and ECM fuses

Got my first vette recently, 2008 with the Z51 package. I noticed there's a weird switch in the passenger footwell connected to the fuses for the heated seats/wiper relay and the ECM. I'm struggling to find any reason as to why you would want a switch connected to that and why you would want to switch it off. Does anybody have any insight? Thanks and happy new year!

Welcome to the forum. Does it appear to be factory?
Also you can get a factory service manual which will have the wiring diagrams in it which would explain at least what the switch is controlling. I believe some of the aftermarket Corvette suppliers offer just a copy of the wiring diagram.
