I bought the MARIMOTO LED-headlights from VETTE LIGHTS and the box got lost on the transport from USA to Europe.

for the research is needed:
some fotos of the box, so it can be found.

Can't the company that sold the headlights provide a photo of a similar box?

 

that was my first thought too - but they told me, that they have none in stock !!

 

It's my understanding that the seller/shipper is responsible for getting you the package, not the buyer. Did they have any tracking numbers available?

you are right, but the box got lost on the transit from USA to EUROPE ......
from the seller to the port the transport was o.k.
from port USA to port Europe it got lost ...
and there is no insurance, covering this .....

 

f you paid for it with a credit card and they're going to try to charge you for it, I would get the credit card company to dispute the charge.
