OK so my husband buys me the car of my dreams. We took it in for paint the first of June got it back today. The pop up headlights were trashed so we bought recessed ones. This may be a stupid question but here goes. Does the assembly sit on top of or under the metal plate closest to the front of the car? If you use the holes there already the lights are way down low, but if you put them on top of the bar they will not adjust down low enough. We got them from Riks and they came with no instructions. Is it possible there may be some kind of trim we did not get? PLease help I want to drive my car!!!!!!

I'm sure a real "Sharpy" here, will help you out. I'm thinkin' bout the recesed lights myself.

 

Hold everything, lets start from the begining:
What year is your car?
What do you mean the "headlights were trashed"?
You say you bought them at Riks, do you mean www.riksvet.com? If so "Calm down! I've bought from them for over 6 years and never had one problem. They have mostly shipped everything correctly to me and when I needed a differant part, I've never had a problem with them correcting a mistake, be it mine or theres. I'm not sure when you say where to screw in the lights but I'll try to help.PG
