What size and type cats, H-pipe and cat back pipes are you using? I had 2.75 inch on my Procharged C5R back when it was only 590 RW and it was costing me about 25 HP. Went to full 3" from the collectors back.

I would be interested in seeing dyno readings as you mod the engine, from stock to complete. Mine are below: Note the engine was built with only 10.0:1 compression ratio so I could put some real boost on it - my theory was that with the 11.5:1 compression ratio a stock block LS7 would never be able to equal it because it could not go near the boost levels this will see (eventually, 12lbs). C5R 427, all Crowler rotating stuff, CP custom pistons w. piston-centered rods, Jesel roller rockers, Patriot III heads w. 2.08" valves custom ported to 345 flow, FAST 90mm, KLocks 1 7/8 headers, Ford greentop injectors. build by Charlie Hempfield racing.

NA, first cam (MTI S1 427 cam), 2.75" exhaust: 485 RW
NA, custom Crowler 427 cam: 507 RW
Procharger D1SC, underdrive crank pulley, 4.5 inch SC pulley, 465 RW
- with 4" pulley, no discerable boost measured: 520 RW
- with 3.75" pulley, 3 lbs boost showing: 540
- with 3.5" pulley, 4 lbs boost indicated: 560
- with 3.25" pulley 5.5 lbs boost indicated: 580
- with 3.25' pulley and 3" exhaust: 5.5 lbs boost indicated: 640 (some belt slip detected at 6000+)
Next: back to normal size crank pulley for a better pulley ratio, 7-8lbs expected and 685 RW

Drives just as sweetly and well behaved as stock when warmed up, 500 RWT from right off idle, too, but bucks a little when cold.
