Default Rough Running Under 1800 RPM

Hi all,

Have an 08 Z06. It seems to run rough (lurchs in gear, rough idle, etc.) at 1800 rpm or below. I know what a big cam is, and I don't think it's the valve overlap causing this. The dealer says its "running as designed." Anyone else notice this? Is this normal?

Tanx.

Take it to an independent garage or have someone who has driven a C6 M^ drive it and give you an opinion. They are pretty sweet running cars at low RPM so I can't imagine it is normal unless you just haven't much experience with a manual (and I doubt such a person would buy a Z06)
