Default C7 elsd

Shopping for my first Corvette - it will be a C7. I've seen a lot of posts about what the ELSD does for you during "spirited" driving, but nothing about the benefits (if any) during inclement weather. I'm in Indianapolis, where we often have unexpected rain, sleet, and snow. I've had RWD cars that were rather good in such conditions ('78 280Z being the best), and ones that were terrible ('93 Q45 being the worst). If I get a C7 I'll drive it a lot, so this is very import to me. Thanks.

I like the looks of a C-7, good choice. You can Google the ELSD system and it will explain everything the system does. There is a section on winter driving and using the appropriate traction tires for winter and how the system reacts, it's worth reading. Go to C-7 Corvette ELSD and should answer all your questions. Good luck on your hunt.
