Question Memory Seats and Exhaust

I am brand new to the forum since I just bought my first Corvette a couple of weeks ago. I bought a very gently used 2018 2LT Grand Sport Z51. The car is absolutely amazing, such a blast to drive! One of primary reasons I ended up going with a Vette is because it is one of the few sports cars out there that have great performance, a manual, has memory seating and a removable top. Honestly the memory seating isn't quite what I was hoping. I am about six feet and my wife is right around 5 feet so you can see why I wanted the memory seat. My wife owns a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk that has a great memory seating where it automatically moves the seat based on the key fob on the person who opens the door. I was really hoping that since my car is a 2018 and hers is a 2015 that this would be standard technology for memory seating. As best I can figure is the seats only adjust when the engine is started or the accessory is turned on. Does anyone know if there is a way to program it so the seat changes based on the fob in the pocket of whoever is opening the door?

My other question involves the exhaust. I have it set so that the exhaust and steering is always in track mode regardless of what mode I put the car in. Honestly, I love the sound. Does this affect my gas mileage? Or is just my driving?

Welcome to the forum.
You might check the manual again because my Tahoes had memory seating that was keyed to the fob.

The best way to see if your settings are affecting your gas mileage would by changing back to something else.
