A way to Defeat the Headlights?

Is there a setting to defeat the headlights from coming on when it gets to dark?
I saw another C7 the other day in twilight with just the LED's on, not sure how he did that.

On my Tahoe, I just turn it off auto. Not sure how the new Corvettes work.

well, on my c7 zo6 its on the left stick behind the wheel, you just turn it around between OFF, Auto, Half light, Full light. but you have to do it every time you start the car.

Off of AUTO should work.

In my Z06 one click up from "auto" allows the daytime running lights to be on at night but they aren't as bright (maybe 50%) as they are during the day.
