My speedometer display doesnt read out correct.,,some of the digitals are missing,is the led bad? or what is wrong? any help I would appreciate. ,you can still read enough numbers to see how fast your going and miles are correct but doesnt display all. (like there are lites out) Thank you

 

If more than one segment dropped out at one time then it is unlikely that the LED is bad. Most likely cause is a connection that is loose or corroded. Second most likely is the LED driver (which is just as bad from a repair standpoint as a bad LED). If they have been dropping out one at a time then it is probably the LED display itself. Either way, if it's not a bad connection then it's probably going to be a module level replacement. If you know how to solder then you might try reflowing the solder connections on the board.

BTW, this isn't from experience with C4s. It's just experience as an electrical engineer. There may be a simple fix that others here more familiar with the model know about. Good luck.
