Default US 3300 Corvette Batter charger issue

Hello, I have a 2015 Stingray Convertible and it came with the US 3300 Corvette Model 1051 battery conditioner "charger". A few months ago I was getting a orange blinking light on the battery conditioner and since I didn't remember changing the battery since new, I decided to change the battery. It would have been over 7 years old. I took it to the dealer and had the OEM battery put back in. Since I did this, the charger still gives me a blinking orange light. From my research it's saying there is a problem with the battery, but it's new.

This is what I do to put the charger on the car: First I plug the cigarette plug into the car. This gives a green light on the bottom of the charger on the by the symbol that the manual calls "Power on. Charger ready for use". I then plug it into the wall socket. I then get an orange light on the symbol "Charging process" It is solid orange. Then after some time, I usually check it the next day, I then have a solid green light by the symbol "Charging complete. Pulse maintenance" but the orange light by the "Charging process" is blinking very fast. The manual doesn't go a good job explaining what the led lights mean, so I'm wondering if anyone knows what the charger is telling me.

Every once in a while the charger shows a green light on the "charging completed. Pulse Maintenance" symbol as well as the "Power on" symbol with nothing on the "Charging Process" symbol which I'd think was normal. More often, I get the rapid blinking orange on the "charging process" symbol.

I have cleaned the cigarette plug and I also turn it back and forth to make sure it has good connection. Sometimes that helps, sometimes not. I haven't cleaned the cigarette receptacle in the car yet. I need to disconnect the battery to do that and haven't wanted to take power off everything yet. I wanted to ask to see if anyone had any advice first.

Thanks.
Ed
