I'm swapping out the clock in my C2 and I found this connector and bulb behind the dash.. The connector looks like it hasn't been attached to anything for some time. I'm wondering if it was there to be connected if the car had A/C (it doesn't). The bulb looks like it belongs in the radio but I can't find any spot for it. I do not know if the radio is original. Any information is greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forums. The first connector looks as if it goes to the clock. The orange wire is normally hot all the time like the courtesy lights, you might check it and see if it switches off with the key. Looks like a gauge connector. The temp gauge uses a connector like that too but it would not stay hot with the key off. The light might go to the heater control for a back light. The third connector I have no idea, looks like a type of radio connector, my guess..
