Default Chevy man building Shelbys

Whats goin on guys? Im JR, Idrove a 2004 Impulse Blue GTO for the last 2 years, but myPops decided to trade my Goat in on anew 2008 3LT Z51 and give me his old Vette. Its a 2002 3LT A4, it's Magnetic Red with only 40k miles on it. Yes, I was ecstatic. He bought a K&N replacement filter and a Superchip tuner for it back 03. I've played around with the tuner and cranked up the shift pressure and shift points. Nothing major, Im running 8.87s in the 1/8th on my run flats, but I registered on here hoping to get some pointers on how to run faster and I'd also like to make a few friends.

Im in the ShelbyAutomotive program at NTCC. I acquired a full ride scholarship, and Im going to be interning in either Dallas or Las Vegasin 2 years afterI get my degree.Yea yea, Im a Chevy man who's going to make a living building Shelbys lol. Say what you want, Id still never trade my flags for a Cobra

But anyways,Im looking forward to getting to know the Vette community. See ya around

Btw, I should have pics up within the next week.

Welcome to the site. Nothing wrong with building "Shelby"s. Impressive history with them. Congratulations on the new Vette. Don't forget the wave.
